A Musical Creation…

Commissions are always an exciting adventure!

I love working with clients to bring a vision they have to life. Its an honour to know they entrust me with such.

This summer I had a special request come to me.

To take a beloved, used guitar and breathe new life into it. One with vibrant colours, peace and the spirit of music.

Together we discussed what she wished for the guitar to visually represent and Im told we achieved it 🙂 Which is always a beautiful and rewarding thing.

Here is the journey from start to finish of this unique guitar.

Students will learn the basic techniques involved to create a manga character. We will cover facial features, proportions, colouring techniques and discover our own unique style.

Once completed, we will then frame our artwork.

Creative Wednesday – Bloom

Enjoy an evening of creativity as we explore Intuitive Painting and colour blocking. Students will explore the colour wheel and discover various colour themes to use in their paintings, with nature being our main inspiration.

Once completed, students will have a beautiful 8″ x 10″ painting on canvas to bring home.
